Support Functions

In order to service and support the activities in all companies in Arctic Group we have several support functions each with its own qualifications. It is of utmost importance to us that our customer experiences qualified skilled expertise and good service from the moment he orders an article and until it arrives.

Our sales departments take care of the sales process itself, but both beforehand and afterwards there is a flow of work, which the support functions in Arctic Group take care of.

Cooperation Across Departments
The support functions often work crosswise of departments in order to accomplish tasks, which are part of optimizing the running of support functions, sales companies, and shops. These co-operations give employees involved valuable insight into areas of work and processes, which are not part of one’s work daily. The tasks for the appointed working groups are part of developing and challenging the qualifications of the employees, and this is a fact highly valued both by employees and our group of companies.
